Point: This seems to be a positive point of optimistic project, but in clear point of program is not a clear point of program in point of tactic; this is not a clear point of program. It needs to be made clear the standard of what is correct and acceptable/approved in the standard of what is practical. This needs to be clear that this is not a clear point of program.
